1. Our Service
Freelok is a platform that connects clients with independent freelancers. Freelok is not the employer of any freelancer and is not responsible for the quality of services provided by freelancers.
2. User Accounts
- Users must provide accurate information.
- Each email address and phone number may only be linked to one active account.
- Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials secure.
- Sharing accounts is prohibited.
3. Freelancer Responsibilities
Freelancers agree to:
- Provide truthful profile information.
- Upload a valid government ID for verification.
- Deliver services professionally.
- Communicate respectfully.
- Arrive on time for accepted bookings.
- Complete accepted work unless cancelled through the platform.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate booking information.
- Pay for bookings according to the payment process.
- Treat freelancers respectfully.
- Confirm job completion honestly.
5. Payments
- Clients pay before work begins.
- Payments are held until the job is completed or an administrator resolves a dispute.
- Platform fees are shown before payment.
- Freelancers receive the amount they set; applicable platform fees are paid by the client.
6. Cancellations
Clients and freelancers may cancel bookings only according to the platform's cancellation rules. Repeated abuse of cancellations may result in account suspension.
7. Suspensions and Account Removal
Freelok may suspend or permanently remove accounts that violate these Terms. Reasons may include:
- Fraud
- Harassment
- Fake identities
- Abuse of the payment system
- Illegal activities
- Repeated violations of platform rules
8. Disputes
If a disagreement occurs, either party may contact Help & Support. Freelok administrators will review the available information before making a decision.
9. Privacy
Freelok protects personal information according to the Privacy Policy. Government IDs are used only for identity verification and are accessible only to authorized administrators.
10. Changes
Freelok may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated Terms.
